We pay 10% interest to our investors for every project their money is used for, not just simple interest for a fixed amount of time. Within a typical year an investor’s money will be used for three to five properties, thus allowing the investor to earn interest on their initial investment three to five times over. An initial investment of $100,000 at 10% interest and used on four property flips or “cycles,” will earn $40,000 interest. Using investment money in as many cycles as possible during the year is mutually beneficial to both GFC and our investors. The investor is always paid first and both the initial investment and earned interest are contractually guaranteed. As a token of appreciation for their service, current or former military and law enforcement earn an additional 1% interest on all investments.
